Breast Reduction Patient 120
Description:
This patient had very long deflated breasts. She lost more than 100 lbs after gastric bypass surgery and was unhappy with the deflation of her breast tissues. She opted to have a breast reduction surgery and had about 800 grams of breast and skin removed.. Her long breasts made her a higher than average risk for nipple necrosis, which unfortunately happened to her. But despite losing the skin of the right nipple and areolae, her end results still look quite good. She had a skin graft reconstruction of the right areola followed by medial tattooing of both areolae to camoflauge her scars. These are the results about 1 year after her orginal surgery.
