Description:
This patient had an extended abdominoplasty surgery along with liposuction of the flanks. She was just on the borderline of proper BMI for the surgery but had an uneventful recovery. We removed 1.4 liters of aspirate with the liposuction and the skin removed weighed almost 6 lbs. She has a dramatic improvement in her body contour, the abdomen is much improved, and her umbilicus has a natural shape. These are the 3-month post op results.
