Description:
This patient lost about 70 lbs and wanted to improve her body contouring. She had enough skin excess to consider both an extended abdominoplasty and a fleur de lis abdominoplasty. Ultimately we decided to proceed with the extended abdominoplasty without the vertical scar. She is seen here 3 months after surgery.
