Staff Favorites – Skincare Products!

This week, we have asked our Wake Plastic Surgery team to tell us about some of their favorite products here at the MedSpa! We carry several medical-grade skincare lines here at our office, and our staff can never seem to get enough. Read on to find out more about some of our star skincare products, and why our staff love them!

“My favorite products are the Revision Hydrating Serum, Vit C 30%, and the Skinbetter Science Face and Neck cream. I love how the hydrating serum changes the way my skin feels and looks. It feels like I have dived into a pool of water. Vit C 30% not only protects my skin from radicals, but I get a glow from it all day. It gradually brightens my skin for an all-over clear complexion. Skinbetter’s Face and Neck cream gives my skin support for elasticity loss. It is not heavy feeling and absorbs well. All my favorites also have no added scent, which I love.”

“My favorite products are the Skinbetter Clearing Serum and the Circadia Daytime Control Facial Lotion. I suffer from acne occasionally as well as texture and redness, and the clearing serum does an amazing job at keeping my skin in check and – as the name suggests – clearing my complexion! I use it every night before moisturizing, and it is now a staple in my skincare routine that I cannot live without. I recently started incorporating the Circadia Daytime Control in the morning as well, a light daily moisturizer that really helps to control my sebum and oil production throughout the day! It layers perfectly under my makeup, and moisturizes my skin beautifully, making sure I look glowy (not oily!) all day long.”

“My two favorite products are the Aquaporin from Circadia and the Pumpkin Enzyme Mask from Revision. The Aquaporin is a thick, creamy moisturizer that I put on every night about an hour before bed, so it has plenty of time to sink it and work its magic. It keeps my skin hydrated and is great for my sensitive and acne prone skin. I also LOVE the Pumpkin Enzyme Mask! I leave it on while I am doing chores and when I wash it off, it makes my skin feel so smooth and nourished. I love the smell too; it smells like real pumpkin, and it is such a treat to use.”

“My favorite products are the Circadia Micro-Honey and Amandola Milk cleansers. I like to combine both cleansers together when I wash my face in the evenings. The Micro-Honey cleanser is a gentle exfoliator that smells incredible and doesn’t create micro tears in the skin. The lactic acid in the Amandola Milk cleanser helps moisturize my skin, as it is typically on the dryer side. These two products combined help target my main issues of dryness and dullness and leave my skin feeling soft and looking clear!”
