This patient was in very good shape, but lost most of her natural breast tissue after her pregnancy. She wanted to restore her natural volume. She opted to have silicone implants placed in a dual plane pocket using an IMF incision. She has some mild asymmetries with the chest wall and axilla, but her end results look quite reasonable.
