Description:
This patient had lost about 40 lbs after her last pregnancy and lost much of the shape of her breasts in the process. She had grade IIII ptosis of the breasts and wanted to restore her shape and volume. She did not necessarily want significantly larger breasts, just more volume in the upper poles and an improved shape. These are the 3 month results after breast lift and augmentation with silicone implants. She also had a full abdominoplasty surgery along with the breast work.
