Description:
This patient lost 80 lbs with diet and exercise and was bothered by skin laxity of the abdomen and chest. His skin laxity of the chest required a large excision of skin that included removing his nipple areolar complexes which were grafted back into place. Since the surgery, he has continued to stay in shape and now has an ideal contour. The scars are still fresh as he is only 3 months out from surgery. The scars will fade with time. He also had a full abdominoplasty surgery at the same time. His results are natural and the umbilicus looks normal.
